The pension Mühlbachhof is situated in the middle of in the National Park “Hohe Tauern”.

It is quiet and sunny situated in Niedernsill and located very central between Zell am See/Kaprun (10 car minutes) and Kitzbühel (20 car minutes). We have a large garden and own parking places.

By the free position of the pension you have a splendid view on the Kitzbühler Alps, the Mühlbachtal and the National Park “Hohe Tauern”. In our large garden you can enjoy of this deliciously view. The children can play in abundance.

The ski bus stops in Niedernsill, which brings you to Kaprun/Zell am See or the ski area of Kitzbühel.
Since last year you can buy the All-star pass, within you can ski in more areas, for example Zell am See, Kaprun, Saalbach Hinterglemm and Kitzbuhel. When you want everyday another ski area !

Furthermore the pension has been also very arranged as an operating base for making numerous trips, like Salzburg, Kitzbühel, Krimmler Wasserfalle. Also for motorcyclists, for making beautiful motor rides. The Großlockner Hochalpenstraße is one of the most known.

In short by a lot of summer and winter activities makes this area the whole year by very attractive.
